About Us & NADFAS
Moray, Banff & Badenoch DFAS started in 1994 and has grown to a membership of over 220 people who regularly enjoy excellent lectures by top class specialists in their chosen fields. Our membership stretches from west of Forres to east of Turriff.
We are a recognised Scottish Charity No. SCO35381. We make donations to local artistic and historic enterprises, schools and occasionally to individuals for artistic study purposes.
All branches of the decorative arts are covered with, as an extra, Special Interest Days allowing more time to be given to particular areas of interest.
Our lectures have covered a wide range of interests and introduced us to many topics not featured in the media.

There are over 340 groups in the UK and Mainland Europe. We’re even in New Zealand and Australia. So whether you simply want to enjoy an inspiring lecture from some of the country’s top experts or fancy getting your hands dirty as an active volunteer, NADFAS has something for you.
